On the 12th March 2018 Dentex Charters was asked to help with a sediment and water survey on the river Medway up as far as Wouldham and then in the Chatham Reaches with eight different sites. While stemming the tide, sediment samples were taken using a large bucket and lifted onboard

Dentex Charters has been asked to work with the Environmental Agency and in co-operation with the Army to survey the river Medway. They are to take photographs of the river banks from the estuary as far up river as the Allington Locks. The purpose of which is to determine what measures, if any, can be taken to help prevent future flooding in the area.
